Saphir 2018 In the cellarThe Saphir shimmers in dark cherry red with violet reflections in the glass. The nose is filled with a harmonious accord of dried plum, ripe blackberry, fig, a pinch of nutmeg and tobacco. The acidity gives the Saphir a fine berry freshness and, reinforced by the robust tannin, gives it its aging potential.
