After harvest, the fruit had a short maceration on skins at a low temperature, just enough time to bring body and structure. Fermentation was in stainless steel, also at cool temperatures, and the wine then matured for several months on lees until spring. The resultant wine is both ripe and vibrant, with an intense straw colour
