Torreblanca Cava Brut Nature NV Size::1 Bottle 5% Mourvèdre for a dashThis zero dosage version is a light, lively, very clean and fresh wine, balanced and caressing in the mouth. Has a lovely deep and open nose, with nothing pinched or hard, its all soft golden delicious apple, yellow earth and a nice mixed sense of creamy and tingly aromas. The palate is quite dry of course, but has no meanness or angularity. The tart apple and briney oyster fruit has fine tannins mixing with nutty autolytic textural elements. It lays
