En Escensia is the result of natural raisin making from Monastrell grapes
dry growing season capped off by unusually warm conditions in May 2024 that triggered a rare “double budburst” in the Chardonnay – some shoots tried to wake up before winter
The palate is light and has a delicate balance of grapey sweetness and natural acidity
and dark fruits like cherry
