Gaja Gaia & Rey Chardonnay 2023 finca-fella but -- thanks to Rostaing'sThe Chardonnay Gaia & Rey di Gaja is obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the territories of Treiso and Serralunga dAlba, in the province of Cuneo, and coming from vines about 40 years old. During the winemaking process, alcoholic fermentation, which converted sugars into alcohol, took place in barriques. Before being marketed, this magnificent Piedmontese white wine aged for 12 months in barriques and a further 6 months in bottles. The
