with minimal sulphur (approximately only 3-5ppm post-bottling)
The expectation is that the wine would benefit from 10 years maturation
a third in one year old oak and the remaining third was put into two year old oak
Red Claw Chardonnay 375ml 2025 eyrie The nose is really enticingThe vintage experienced a cold and dry winter, a dry spring and a cooler than average summer. The bright and juicy grapes that yielded were hand harvested, bunch pressed and subjected to fermentation in French oak barriques.
