The sleeves can be long or short and are cuffed with a little band in a plain colour of your choiceThese are a snug fit to be close to the body
This gives it a really nice shape and is great if choosing a pocket as the pocket is hidden behind the front panel
Its not quite a full circle skirt but it still has the twirl factor (this has been fully tested by my 9 year old)
