60’s Black Satin Mushroom Hat house window city Wear this with a whiteStyled to sit low on the head with an interior wired placement cap for security. Brim cups over and extends low on the head, further out in the front and flat to the head in the back. Sides are tufted satin and the oval crown is solid fabric. On the front left side is 2 clear rhinestones that appear to be glued on. No label. Excellent condition but the velvet that covers the interior wire placement cap is a bit worn. Inner circumference is 21 inches
